This innovative approach aims to reward workers’ long-term association and loyalty to the industry. The three levels are as follows:-

  • Tier-one:- The worker who registered for three consecutive years will get a pension of ₹1,000 per month upon reaching the age of 60 years.
  • Tier two:- The workers who have registered themselves continuously or immediately with the board for the last 5 years. they will get ₹ 1500 pension per month.
  • Tier-3:- The workers who have registered with the board themselves continually for the last 10 years. They will get to the highest slab of pension which is equal to ₹ 2000.

The difference between levels not only accepted the time of the service but also worked as an inspiration for the workers to get them registered to build a strong connection with the board.
